Our firm, Lillie & Co. in Sunbury Ohio, used Little Loft Media to redesign and brand our website. Jessica worked one on one with us to develop a site that combined the elements of our brand: professional yet personalized. She made sure there was a balance between the two. We are really happy with the results she delivered. During the process, she was proactive (she noticed our previous site was not as secure as it could have been and ensure the new site met the highest standards for security), responsive (regardless of when I emailed her, she replied either immediately or within a very short period of time), and professional. She never complained when we had edits - however slight or otherwise.As a VP of Marketing at a Financial Institution in a prior position, I paid huge agency fees, tens of thousands of dollars for website development, and we were limited to the number of revisions. Those firms charged by 1/2 hour increments and the costs skyrocketed quickly. Jessica provided us a quote that was under expectations and stuck with the budget.
