Phillip Whiddon of Livewire met with me twice to help me design web pages for my research group over the course of two months, and otherwise was quite accessible for questions via email. While occasionally I waited a bit longer than I had hoped for various upgrade steps, overall the experience was extremely positive. The pages look professional and are internally consistent. When I requested changes, they were made quickly and reliably.

Working with Phillip at Livewire Web Design was a true pleasure. He was very adaptable and accommodating to our needs from the web design to the implementation. We knew roughly what we wanted and when the draft was presented, Phillip allowed us to make changes to the text and photos. Unlike most SEO companies, Phillip did not try to sell us on an expensive monthly package of SEO work. Instead he suggested some minor changes to our website and then a training session to teach us how to manage our own SEO work.
