Our scout troop has worked with Seth 7 times (soon to be 8) for our annual 5K Race shirts, and we couldn't be happier with his flexibility, customer service, communication, and of course the quality of the design and shirts as well. Highly recommend Local Shirt and Design!

Reached out to Local Shirt & Sign since I had some of my own items I wanted my company's logo put on. A lot of other screen printing/embroidery try to force you to only buy their products as well. I was so excited when Seth said he could take care of it no problem. I stopped in the shop and I love how personal it is. Seth is fantastic. He quoted me immediately and explained it all. He even had it finished in 5 days! My items looked amazing. Local Shirt & Sign will forever be my go-to for apparel printing!

Went to local shirt and sign to get some shirts made up for my company and was truly impressed with the owner. He took the logo that I had made and revamped it in a way that looked incredible. Also had a coat done by him and it cane out phenomenal. Highly recommend local shirt and sign. Can’t wait toGet my company van letters next.

Omg! If he has no respect towards our soldiers that are going out to God knows where to fight for the country he lives in, then no one should never use him again. I was going to support him and also order somethings for my organization but that will never happen!

In early January we ordered shirts and hats from this business. We had ordered from Seth (the owner) before and hadn’t had any issues. We provided a timeline of when we would need these items and expressed the importance of adhering to this timeline because we were set to deploy and wanted to sell these items at our going away ceremony. In the week leading up to the event we tried to reach out Seth to check on the status of our order. He failed to deliver on the hats due to an issue with his embroidery machine. He didn’t notify of us this issue until hours before our going away ceremony. He offered to reimburse us the money we had put down as a deposit for the hats. We told him we’d think about it. We then reached out to him to tell him we wanted the money for the hats reimbursed. At this point he reneged on the offer to reimburse us the money for the hats and instead offered us store credit. He knew we were deployed. He knew we were out of the state. I tried calling him and he didn’t pick up. Instead he sent me a text stating he’d call me the following day. I sent him a lengthy email telling him that he was taking advantage of us because we were deployed. I also pointed out that although his business has a policy stating that deposits are non-refundable, it wasn’t our fault his equipment didn’t work and more importantly, he offered us a refund. He never acknowledged my email. He didn’t call me the following day either. He sent my partner a text saying that he’d reimburse us for the hats. That was two weeks ago. We made a deposit of $1,462.50. The cost of the shirts was $700. He owed us $762.50. Today, after weeks of going back and forth, he sent me a payment of $612.50. If anyone questioned the validity of my statement, please feel free to contact me. I have the email I sent, screenshots and receipts to support the entirety of my statement. Do not patronize this business. If Seth is willing to take advantage of deploying Soldiers, he’ll take advantage of anyone.
