Home of David Kleiler who spearheaded the efforts to save the historic Coolidge Corner Theater in Brookline. If you can get on David's Local Sightings email list and manage to get invited to his private screening salon, also "the living room as he calls it, take advantage of the invitation and go. The discussion amongst these cinephiles after the film quite often goes on for longer than the film itself and sometimes is so vociferous it's hard to get a word in edgewise.
