I spoke with an agent who was extremely rude and hung up on me. I definitely would not take my business there.EDIT: After I posted the above negative review, the owner called me and we talked for a bit. He apologized for the agent. He seemed polite and respectful. We talked about what happened and gained some information about the misunderstanding. With all of that said, it's still important for everyone to treat people with respect. I am raising this to 3 star from 1.

Ruth Ann Few was our agent at Birdsong. She was extremely professional and sold our house quickly and at a great price. I would highly recommend her and Birdsong for any real estate needs. They are the pros in Brazoria County!

Josie LaChance was our realtor from Birdsong Reality and she was phenomenal. She helped us find a house that was in our best interest, a sound investment for the future, and was honest about each area of the city we were so new. For her it wasn’t just about the sale, she wanted to make sure we were happy...we went through several different options and finally closed on an amazing mid century fixer upper that we love. We start next week on a full remodel to update. Through every offer we made she fought for us and was a great negotiator looking out for us. She also gave us contacts for many contractors, builders, inspectors, and vendors to help us out with our remodel. We will definitely use her again in the future and will also refer anyone from this area to her. All of Ryan Birdsongs team we’re great, Ana was a huge help, she coordinated all the inspections and everything for the title and mortgage company. She also kept in contact with us through each step. Both ladies were a pleasure to work with and made the process easier. We are truly happy and very appreciative for all their hard work.
