We hired "Vinny" Local 1 Page June 2016 to handle our advertising with Yelp and Google. It's was over two months before he even got us on Google and when he did, he had our business info wrong, among other issues. We kept telling him our phones were not ringing as they did before we hired him, he just kept coming up with excuses why we weren't getting in business from Google. Far as Yelp, he was given a set amount of money to spend and he only gave Yelp a portion, less then half. We complained about no responses from Yelp too and he kept saying Yelp sucks and that he hated them. We on the other hand have always had a consistent flow of customers from Yelp, until we let him take it over.We told him we were done with him back in Dec. 2016 and he begged us to stay with that he would work harder. Finally in Feb/March nothing had changed and we told him we were done with him. He told us he needed a 30 day written notice to cancel but there wasn't such a contract that we could find we had signed nor did he provide it. He threatened us....I can't go into details do to a on an going investigation.We also paid him $1500 for a new website that was never updated as promised. I asked him if he would allow us to do the updates, he said yes but refused to give us the correct login info. So we have been screwed out of that $1500 too.We put out old site back online and have seen a great count of visitors as we did before. Guess there was nothing wrong with the site in the beginning. We took over both advertising campaigns and just in the first 30 days we surpassed everything he did in the 10 months he ran them. We've investigated both programs and have proof that he only did about 20% of what we said he would do and he didn't spend the money he was contracted to spend on the campaigns. He's a liar and far as I am concerned he's committed fraud. Now we are getting bad reviews left and right. We've been in business for 30 years and have only had a very few bad reviews. It's obvious they are fake and we hope potential customers can see through them. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY !!!
