Client Review on Logan Design

Feedback:

I ordered some business cards from them and when I received the proof in my e-mail, the colors looked very close to the card. I understand the colors can vary from the computer monitor but it still looked close to the gray color I wanted. What I received in person was more of a blue color instead. I left them an original business card for them to copy and you would think when you look at the finished product they made, you could see the gray portion looked nothing like the original.What has me upset the most is not that the color was way off. It was the lack of customer care in understanding what I was trying to communicate to them. They just didn't seem interested and kept on pointing to the proof and that I approved. Sad service!
