WE DIDN'T GET WHAT WE ASKED, WAITED MONTHS FOR THE FINAL VERSION - AND, Ken (the owner of the company) refused to take 20-30 minutes to provide training for our IFS admin. As a result: we have no idea if the product works and the hundreds of dollars we gave Ken was a total waste.We hired Ken at Logiq to do a custom Infusionsoft funnel for us to streamline our Direct Mail campaigns. From the outset we knew that our request would be difficult - but Ken seemed totally confident that he was the man for the job, and also said if he couldn't figure it out, he knew people inside of Infusionsoft (IFS) who could. I made it very clear to ken what our budget was, and he agreed to the terms - though, in his defense, he did say the price could skyrocket if custom API was needed.We waited for weeks for progress. I know when dealing with a small company that I can't be the #1 focus, but, not responding to requests for updates - and missing deadline after deadline is just unprofessional. When Ken decided to actually reply, he would continually tell me that they'd hit another snag and that they were working on it.The final version of what we received may work - and then again it may not. I am certain that Ken spent more time and money developing the product than he'd originally intended - BUT - rather than asking for a few more dollars to help support his HUGE MISTAKE, he instead got angry at us and refused to provide support for the product. We HAVE NO IDEA if the product even works because he refuses to set aside 20-30 minutes to train us on the final version. He and I did a walk-through of the product when it was ALMOST complete, then several weeks passed until I received the final version. You've been warned![RESPONSE TO MR. Quintana's post below] And, now potential clients of LogiqDigital, you can see (read below) the caliber of the person with whom you are dealing. Mr. Quintana was several weeks late on his own deadline, then held the final version for ransom requiring full-payment BEFORE we could even take a look at the final version. I simply asked to see a test of the product (via gotomeeting) before we sent full-payment. And by the way, we are a $45 million dollar company, NOT - a $10 million dollar company. After he dug his heals and and said, "No," I proposed a sending 1/2 of what was owed. We may be a $45 million dollar company - but NO ONE likes to get burned - and after so many delays and missed deadlines, I didn't think Mr. Quintana actually had a working product. Upon agreeing to the 1/2 payment, the money was sent immediately after I returned from a seminar in Wisconsin. Upon seeing the final version, we immediately sent the remainder of the balance with the expressed agreement that Mr. Quintana would take 30 minutes to train our Infusionsoft Admin. We now have a product that is USELESS because Mr. Quintana is evidently far too busy to show us how the product works (or doesn't work)...we have no idea. So..$900+ dollars was wasted. You got paid (quickly) - and EXACTLY what you asked for. We GOT a useless product that may or may not work. And as for a written manual...NOPE NEVER GOT THAT for the final product. Thanks, Mr. Quintana.
