Great place run by genuinely helpful and knowledgeable people! When we needed a computer upgrade, Ben spent a lot of time on the phone with both me and my wife, figuring out precisely what we required. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. On another occasion, when my computer wouldn’t power up, Jessica diagnosed the probable issue over the phone. I brought the computer in, and she fixed it while I waited, showing me what to do if it happened again. Definitely my first choice when I have tech issues.

Had a networking issue, brought in my PC, Ben streamlined my setup. When I got home still had a connection issue from my wifi side, Ben went out of his way and spent almost an hour on the phone with me to help get me back online. A+ Customer Service!

This place rules! Brought my Sega Master System in after not seeing it turn on in 15 years. Ben not only knew what the problem was right away, but he was also genuinely happy to do the work. This is a business which understands and respects its customers. Ben is great person to work with and he understands his customers way better than any from my past experiences. I went in for an assembly of a gaming rig with a complex case. I was informed at every step regarding the direction he wants to proceed in and inquired if I was okay with it. He cares about the products he builds or handles. Would definitely recommend this place to any gamer who would like to have an expert advice on the parts or would want their rig to be built.
