Overall Feedback:

Terrible customer service. The claim of a design within 24-48 hours took almost a week. Revisions are included, but it took almost a month to get the logo selected revised as needed. This included very minimal changes in color. I finally accepted the logo and will have someone else correct it. I also paid for multiple items that I have yet to receive, but have been promised. Beware every conversation you have with them they try to upsell an additional service. I would just like the products that I already paid for and have yet to receive!
