My near two years here have been really fantastic. It's by far the best place that I've worked at so far. I have fun and kind coworkers, opportunities for advancement, recognition for my effort, good benefits, a gorgeous campus to work at, and the company culture is really something special. They plan activities, outings, and fun internal events. I'm not difficult to please, but having these little things helps me feel like I'm a person with a work life and not a cog in a machine.

Our company switched to LCS two years ago. Choosing LCS has proven to be a sound financial move--the P&Ls show it. When you add those savings to the time & stress saved working with these efficient professionals, it has proven to be a winning formula for our business.

People are great. Company will not let you make up hours if you have to go to an appointment or family issues. They are the worst at flex timing. Tons of favoritism for those that have been there for a while...like working from home, etc. You have to take PTO if you are going to be gone longer than 1.5 hours...Stupid and unrealistic for them to think people won't have things come up in their lives. For a new employee, who can't build PTO, they really need to get up to snuff with those realities and work with people. The workers are wonderful, but some of them need to mind their own business and not worry about other people. Focus on your own jobs. Don't work here, if you have a family, a life out side of work...
