He got me printing again (even got me printing from my iPhone which was a bonus!), cleaned up my laptop, advised me against purchasing the new laptop I was considering and explained why, let me know what I needed to do with my ISP and TV provider - very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Mark did a fantastic job with an emergency call 5 o’clock on a Friday.He fixed my virus and returned my computer 9 o’clock the next morning. Its never ran as well as it does now. very happy and pleased with the service I would highly recommend using his services
