I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity of working with Georgia Franck, Long & Foster - Bracey, VA, when selling our parents home in April. Georgia was outstanding, very professional and knowledgeable of the local real estate market. Georgia made the selling process very easy, helping us prepare the home for sale, and guiding us through the legal process once the home was under contract. And even though we lived more than 3 1/2 hours away, Georgia made signing or modifying the necessary legal contracts and documents easy on-line with DocuSign.With Georgia's guidance, we sold our home in 2 days at more than we expect to receive for the home.I cannot praise Georgia Franck enough.
