We had a great time looking at over 15 houses in March and selected the perfect location, right next to the beach. We enjoyed our July week in SIC so much that I booked the same house for a girls' getaway weekend in September! Always use Dave for our rental needs in SIC - so responsive and helpful.

We rented a home on 118 86th street (N) this summer via Long and Foster. We left the house in great condition when we left (we personally scrubbed the bathrooms and kitchen). The owners accused us of breaking things, leaving trash everywhere and generally not taking care of the house. Treated us like animals so they could scam our deposit I guess. For future folks, the house isn't that nice to begin with. The design is pretty poor (master bedroom missing walls and has spiral stairs and the washing machine is stuffed in the bathroom closet - just stupid). Overall pretty disappointed and will not be using Long and Foster nor renting that house again. The strangest thing is that the house moves with no wind blowing. Makes you feel pretty seasick. Try to avoid!

We recently rented an Oceanfront Home in Sea Isle City with Long & Foster. The entire staff, especially Dave and Ian, were amazing in the effort they made to make our stay pleasant. We had some issues with the rental property. One issue was that the air conditioning was not working properly. It got up to 86 degrees the first two days in the house. They did everything they could to help us, they even gave us two fans to use that week. They continually kept in touch with us until that issue was corrected. Their staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even when I was losing my cool in that heated situation. Many thanks again to Long & Foster's entire staff.
