Client Review on Love Title And Abstract

Terrible title company. Was set to close and we had to hold off for an appraisal. Then, we were told while waiting for the appraisal to finish that they would not insure the title on a transaction because my partner was using a construction loan. What?? It made no sense, so it basically killed the deal. We had to rush to find a replacement title company because the contract was ending. I will not use this title company again. They are NOT investor friendly. I don't recommend them to anyone.
