The Lowe's in Forest City, NC is hands down the worst store. The cashiers & customer service desk are the most inept, inexperienced, unprofessional bunch of people/employees l have ever interacted with. I swear 8 out of 10 dealings with them ends in frustration. Unfortunately there is not a Home Depot or even another Lowe's that is close. We only spend our money & time here if there is no other choice at the moment.
