I can't say many nice things about this photography company. I gave them one star because they at least gave me my photos. I had my wedding in 2012 and I'm not sure what happened between me getting my bridal portraits done and the wedding, but they were very different quality. The bridal portraits were edited nicely and came out pretty well. My wedding photos unfortunately did not. Sara I believe was the photographer and none of the shots I wanted were completed. The venue was beautiful and we did not get any "couple" shots around the venue. None were edited. The sky was blown out in the background. A metro bus stop sign was behind my husband and I walking. The color was terrible and washed out on some. The worst part is it took over 10-12 months to get our wedding album, which I did better putting one together at Walgreens photo. They came so highly recommended to us at the time and we don't understand what happened. I'm very upset since that was so much putting together a wedding to have such awful pictures of the best day of my life. It makes me sad still to this day. (Clearly since I'm writing a post 5 years later.) I get so disappointed even looking back on our wedding photos. The worst part is I tried to leave a negative review on Wedding Wire and they contested it saying we weren't a customer which I then sent to Wedding Wire our receipt. Not cool. Everything about that was not okay. I would look elsewhere if you're considering them.

Contacted them about misplaced portraits (by drill team instructed) from FOUR years ago and Loyd was nice enough to go ahead and send me the digital images!! So thank fil I finally get to see them!

This is the worst photography place in Houston. I highly recommend staying away from them. They lost my daughter's senior Strutter Ball photos. After telling us that they were taken the lady who took the digital photos told us everything looked great and sent us on our way. Now they claim it was a "lens" error but after talking with serval other photographers we have come to the conclusion that it was their neglect. You cannot get these memories back. In the past they have taken poor quality pictures, but Klein ISD has forced us to us them. I will not ever pay another penny of my hard earned money on their poor quality photos again. It's a disgrace to the photography industry.
