It helped that they were local to Nashville and happy to meet with us in person to discuss development of the website. I am an Amazing Lash Studio Franchisee in AZ. LSM has been great to work with. Following a change in Google Search Algorithm, my business essentially disappeared from Search rankings. They put in place a strategy to rebuild our microsite content and differentiate us from similar businesses and within a few months we rebuilt our keyword rankings and significantly increased our Organic and Paid traffic and as a result our prospect count coming in the door driving a significant growth in revenues. Lauren, our account manager, is very responsive in addressing our concerns and needs.

We engaged with LSM December, 2015, and consider this relationship very beneficial to our digital marketing and brand awareness efforts. They helped build and launch our new website, and have significantly improved our SEO performance from previous efforts, including all of our Google PPC campaigns. We have regularly scheduled strategy meetings with our Acct Rep to evaluate monthly results, and to discuss key performance indicators to help improve our digital marketing efforts and banner ad campaigns. These strategy meetings enable us to evaluate the impact of our digital marketing efforts on a monthly/quarterly basis, and to develop "tweaks" to ensure our digital presence is maximized.I would highly recommend the LSM organization if you are thinking about developing, or enhancing, your digital marketing program
