Client Review on L&T Edenpark - Luxury Apartment Builder

Very poor after sales service. I am seeing CRM team is responding to the reviews but not my grievance mails. Rates are extremely high for the quality delivered. Bargaining for basic requirements. No club house, amenities promised after 2 years. Now its not with L&T. Kindly visit the apartment and enquire to existing customers before purchasing. Don't take decisions at their Sales offices. Their CRM will treat you as if they handed over it free of cost after sales. Much better choices are available for even lower price. Phase 1 may be good as it was with L & T completely. All FIVE STAR RATINGS ARE GIVEN FOR PHASE-1 WHICH L&T DID A GOOD JOB BUT FOR PHASE-2 NOTHING IS THERE. KINDLY ENQUIRE EXISTING OWNERS FOR YOUR CONFORMATION. I BET ANYTHING BEYOND 2* SHOULD BE GIVEN BY PRAGNYA SALES TEAM.
