Where do I begin??? $1k well wasted! Our one-year anniversary is in less than a week and we STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR WEDDING VIDEO! In my last message in January, I asked for a refund for the edited video since I hadn't received it yet. Guess what. NO refund and NO edited video!!! The videographer (who was not Eric Ludwig) showed up late to our wedding. I had to call the day before the wedding because no one had gotten in touch with me to confirm anything... that's the first time I heard there would be a different videographer, and thank God I called because otherwise I wouldn't have gotten his number, explained what we were hoping for, told him how to reach the venue, etc. THERE'S MORE! The videographer that captured our wedding didn't record sound on all of the videos on one camera, so I never received some of the videos of my friends and family pouring their hearts out to wish us well on our wedding day. CHOOSE ANOTHER VIDEOGRAPHER.
