We contacted Lumina back in January to revamp our website. In the meeting, we met the CEO/Owner Yaniv along with the rest of the team. After careful consideration and meeting with two other companies, we went with Lumina and have not regretted this decision. The website took longer than expected but turned out beautifully. Lumina gets to know your business and creates a beautiful and carefully thought-out online representation of your business identity and personality. Even after launch, the team is available to address any issues. E-mails are answered in detail and in a timely manner. Most importantly, they do not overwhelm you with technical jargons. Through this process, Yaniv has been CC'd on every single email. We thought we would not see or hear from him again after the pitch meeting. The fact that the Owner/CEO of a business cares enough to be kept in the loop throughout a project speaks volumes. We do not hesitate to recommend Lumina and look forward to the growth of our business from the awesome new website!
