I had a website built by Luna about 4 years ago and got caught in a messy divorce between Shad and their sales guy at the time and the company would not honor commitments made by the sales guy. We were trying to take an existing website and put it on their platform and have it maintain its existing look and feel, which we were told they could do at a quoted price. To make a long story short, half way through the development process they decided it could only be done with more programming than they originally anticipated and wanted to charge us thousands more dollars to get it to match the functionality of our old site and get the online shopping portion to function like they originally said it would. Additionally, when I ended up cancelling the service, they did not have record of the request and we ended up getting charged for many more months and would only refund us one month of service. I have since used three other companies to build websites and although none of them are perfect, my experience has been vastly better with them than it was with Luna. I would never use them again.

I've worked with Shad and his company for about 4 years now. They have great customer service and know what they are doing. I also appreciate Shad's entrepreneurial mindset and having the ability to bounce ideas back and forth with him.

I recently visited Lunasoft about setting up my company, Innovated Sports', website and back-end database. I was very impressed with how they handled my questions and treated me. My company is a small startup but they treated me as if I was a fortune 500 company. They seemed to have everything I needed and were very willing to go out of the way to make sure that I felt taken care of. Great Experience!

The guys at Luna Webs have been really great to work with. I'm using their SaaS platform, Lunasoft for my online business. It's a big system and can do a lot of things. I've had a lot of questions about how to set things up, or change options, and they've been really responsive. They're interested in my feedback and want to hear my suggestions. I would recommend working with Luna Webs, especially if you're interested in the Lunasoft platform. I have almost everything I need to run my business in one place now. Thanks Guys!

Can not say enough positive things about the Luna Webs team! Outstanding customer service and attention to detail! I am still a small, growing business and Luna Webs worked with me to find options that worked for my budget and far exceeded my expectations (especially compared to what a lot of others had offered). My business is already doing double (if not more) than what I was doing before! I am a customer as long as they will have me!
