While the company responded to my "contact" quickly and set up a phone meeting with me, the employee called me from his car while driving, had not even visited our website, and made no attempt to learn anything about our company. Said he would get back to me with an estimate in a day, and after 3 weeks, all I hear is crickets. I will go elsewhere for our company's e-commerce solution.

Summit Benefit is a third party administrator for retirement plans and ACA compliance and reporting. We engaged with Lunar Logic on a large scale software project along with a website rebuild. From the beginning, we could tell that these people knew what they were doing, and over the past year they have done nothing but affirm their ability to deliver the goods. We have been impressed with Mackie’s account management skills. She communicates everything from scheduling to progress updates in a friendly and comprehensive manner. We’ve worked closely with Satoru on our software project, and when it comes to programming and writing code, he is the real deal. As with most software projects, ours has had very tight delivery deadlines, and Lunar Logic has delivered on time, every time. We would highly recommend contacting Lunar Logic if you have a project in mind.

It's turned out to be one of the best recommendations I've ever had.We needed help with digital advertising, strategy, ad words, etc. The staff at Lunar Logic is really attentive and they do an awesome job communicating. Their "Sprint" process is really cutting edge.If you need a company that will give your business exclusivity and actually works on your plan instead of charging you too much and forgets about it like so many other businesses do, then pick up the phone and ask for James or Rodney....and by the way, Zach is a genius. I'm not talking genius because he thought of something good one time and now that's what everyone calls him. I'm talking real genius. His IQ is probably higher than the IQ of all of the other employees of their competitors combined. If his brain was a boxer it'd be Floyd Mayweather. If it was a swimmer it'd be Micheal Phelps, and if it was an evil supervillan it'd be Dr. Evil.
