I've always had great phone support with LPs. Today's call with Mark was top notch. As good as it gets.

Great service for several Years. However, they have been dropping the ball, making excuses and can't solve simple issues. First it was firewall issues, now it's "Power Outage" or Internal Upgrades" Then, after 3 days of not taking tech support calls, and their admin panel being down for ALL of their customers, they send out an email saying they're now HostPapa..? I refuse to turn in an invoice with that name. Now shopping for a new host.

Hello, Today I had a rather lengthy set of questions about a problem I was having regarding my domain. Long story short' Mark was able to decipher my blathering and nearly instantly figure out the problem. A few minutes later the issue was a thing of the past. I was shocked at his extremely friendly demeanor and willingness to help me until the issue was resolved. I've worked with other hosting companies in the past and to be honest always dreaded having to call their tech support. In short my experience with mark today was exceptional customer service. I will never try another hosting company in the future. Lunarpages ONLY for me!!! Thank you and keep it up!!!

2nd down time in a month. When you call in, their procedure is to switch to an automated recording, "we dont have an estimated time on when the issue will be resolved" ...they WONT answer the phones. I'm not allowed to treat our customers that way at work, so it leaves us in a total bind. They never used to be like this.

Mark was extremely helpful updating our billing and contact info as well as assisting in eliminating a few sources on our website that were causing us to receive a lot of spam and junk emails and texts. He patiently and informatively took the time to review information and offer explanations of services and content specific to our account as well as cover what additional services you offer.
