They don't have much room for storing packages during the holiday, so the solution is to charge customers $5 per day after 10 days.

I would have given zero stars if it was possible. Very careless attitude of staff. We lost very important package containing important documents and the attitude of staff in this place and overall whole UPS customer service and business model is pathetic.
