Mabo Media Review - Don't walk, run away as fast as you can. If you are thinking of using Mabo I recommend strongly you look elsewhere. If you are using Mabo now please have your account reviewed by an expert, you'll be amazed. If I could give a zero or minus star rating for this company I would do. They managed to double my cost per acquisition and halve my conversion rate in a short time. They never managed to fully get to grips with my needs at all, I went to them as I needed expert advice and got nothing of the sort. I had to constantly be on their backs to get anything done, we lost our Google shopping feed three times and every time I had to tell them there was a problem. We had "winter sale" ads running way into Spring after being assured they would be changed. When I bought to them the massive overspend I was told among the reasons for this were I had touched the bids, I had touched 3 products and by a relatively small amount, not enough to account for 6K overspend relative to turnover in one month. It was also suggested that one of the reasons was Amazon entering the shopping market, possibly true but also completely ignoring the fact they had left the search market... Really really terrible company to work with. I have gone to a company now that blows Mabo out the water on every metric and shows them for what they really are, incompetent chancers.If you wonder why they have so many good reviews on review.co.uk, it's a closed group and can they can only be reviewed by invitation only, I wonder why I never got my invite..
