Really disappointing. Poor customer service throughout by our account manager who was not very helpful and did not fulfil the promises made when signing up. All of our sales dropped dramatically once we started working with Mabo and they never picked back up. We eventually had to source a new provider who would only take the account if it was setup again from scratch because it had not been not set up correctly by Mabo.
