I have used Magellan Solutions since Feb 2018, if you are a company in the US and looking to outsource your call center I would recommend giving them a try. They have been flexible with our staffing needs and have willing to make adjustments scaling staffing levels up and down.

This is a scam. Somehow this unknown company keeps trying to access my bank cards and I have them and my bank on the lookout. Another attempt was made an hour ago for my account for funds that I've NEVER EVER AUTHORIZED. QUIT IT

Most US customers are refusing to spend US dollars with companies who who outsource customer service. Is it worth just paying $7 an hour to lose thousands of dollars in sales?

I inquired to this company recently regarding their services requesting for a quote, no one ever reached back to me so dissapointed was expecting this to be excellent but unfortunately its not.
