Whilst I have been delayed in getting my review posted it certainly is not a negative reflection of the customer service and work done by Magicdust.From my initial enquiry, through the design phase of branding and logo to follow up enquiries the team have been extremely responsive. They listened to and incorporated feedback and delivered more than was originally in scope.Without hesitation i would recommend using Magicdust.

Magicdust’s team of highly professional designers and programmers helped us redesign our corporate website. The result of their hard work is a beautifully designed and easy to navigate website.What made Magicdust stand out, in our experience, was that they had always been upfront and honest with us, but more importantly they really took pride in what they did and cared about delivering a high-quality product for us. In that sense they felt more like an extension of our internal team rather than a hired agency. Since the website launched we’ve received a number of compliments on what a great website we now have, thanks to Magicdust!

They don’t even derserve 1 Star!!! Disgusting service! It’s all about money and no passion!! Ripping off all the hard working people! The site they promised in 6-8 weeks didn’t happen! I asked for a new, clean and simple site merged from shopify, they said they will deliver it within 6-8 weeks well that didn’t happen, and that was in May, I emailed them 2 times which I received no reply & tried calling them and leaving a message 3 times which I was told someone was going to call me back, Finally someone did call me back in October! N it wasn’t even a site! It was a copy n paste version which was even worst off then my shopify site!! There’s so much more dodgey things they did which it’s too long to even mention. I should have just stayed where I was instead of believing them. Worst experience ever and the worst review I ever had to write.. just wanted to warn everyone out there to stay away from them!!! The only reasonable person there was Nate!

Over the years we have dealt with a few web design companies, none have been as pleasant and easy to work with or have achieved the high standard that Magic Dust has accomplished, I highly recommend their services.
