After over 3 months, an organization with which I am affiliated has not received from Magination Videos our videos from a one-day seminar. We've only asked Magination Video to upload the videos onto YouTube where we can retrieve them. Yesterday I was told they were uploaded some time ago and we would have links within 30 minutes. Still, no links. I cannot speak to the quality of their work because I have not seen their work. We paid in full as they required7/1/17. Within 30 minutes of posting one star review, the links to our videos on YouTube started coming in. It's 3 stars now due to the 3 month delay. I advise a partial payment up front and an agreement that includes the date of completion.
