I had a pre-paid Fed-Ex Label and Box. I package the item myself, all I needed was the plastic self-adhesive window envelope to put my prepaid label in and attach it to the package. The Plastic envelope is something Fed-Ex provide for Free. They charged me $1, for something they get for free. I mail a lot of stuff, I spend hundreds on mailing, and these people will never get a package from me again.

Great small business with very helpful staff. I've been there for shipping, passport photo's, notary, web design, graphic design and printing at different times and have always been treated very well and the work was done on time and with professional results.

I’ve been here many times for shipping both UPS and Fedex. Not once have I been decently greeted or treated as a valued customer. Today I dropped off three boxes for FedEx that were prepaid. Not one word was said to me as he scanned the labels. Another customer came in a he said come on up to her - she said she didn’t want to get in front of us - he said, “ they don’t have a place, they’re prepaid.” Now why does he treat people this way when this is one of the only fedex drop offs around town? It takes him less than 30 seconds to scan my three boxes. And he thinks he should be paid for that? I have given them many chances to just be nice as this is a small town. I’m finished. I will drive to Newark from now on. He lost my business for any other personal shipping I may do. What an absolute ass!

This store was listed in a Google search for UPS shipping near me. They say that the shop hasn't been a UPS for five years. Got stuck in Bridge Street traffic during road work. NO, don't go there for UPS! I don't know how to fix the Google search results.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Go to staples. This guy is very rude and I’d bet he’ll be out of business soon with the way he treats customers.I was warned many times to avoid this place and now I know why.

I've never in my life, had the dis-pleasure of meeting a more unprofessional business owner in my life. I was told i couldn't bring my FedEx bags in because they contained specimens and then he charged me $1.05 per sheet of paper when I always paid .15 cents a page in the past. When I asked him why, he said If i didn't like it, I didn't have to come back! This man, the Owner is the rudest, most ignorant man that obviously has problems with females in general because I've never been anything but a plesant customer. I will let everyone know how this guy runs his business!! !

This was the worst packing job I have ever seen. I had 130 rare antique Edison wax cylinders shipped from Maryland to NY for $74.00 and over 1/3 of these irreplaceable cylinders are destroyed. I advised on packing and it was completely ignored. They used ONE layer of bubblewrap on the bottom of the box with 47 lbs of cylinders on top of it. I wrote to the company and all I received was a simple sorry and that he (Ray) would file a claim. The box was not even packed to FedEx guidelines. 120 years these survived.. Until this company got a hold of them..
