This week I had my second experience with Mail Sail Data. The first time they completely retrieved my data from a crashed hard drive from a laptop. 2 other places said they couldn't help me. This time, they restored an iPhone that had crashed and wouldn't power up past the apple. Paul is so knowledgeable and persistent, plus he's pleasant and professional. He won't give up until he's tried EVERYTHING. This time, it was 3 other places that turned me away and said it was hopeless. The only reason I didn't start at MainSail was because they weren't open when I was first investigating the problem. Next time i need data recovery services, I will just wait and go there. Thank you to Mail Sail Data for such an amazing experience. You are proof that good customer service still exists.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my computer and website needs. The owner is top notch and really cares about his clients. Would recommend to ANYONE!

Took two laptops to Best Buy and was turned away..... said they were toast..... Took both to MainSailData and they said NO PROBLEM! Thanks Dale and Team..... You guys rock..... and my wallet feels good... :)
