Unfortunately, I can side with those that did not receive the products they paid for. My wife and I were one of those that were cheated from this company as well. My wife and I were married in 2015; I should have placed the review then but was still trying to "work" with Mark. I did receive my wedding DVD and full set of pictures, however a year after my wedding and numerous (!) phones calls and emails. My full set of wedding pictures was those that still had the water mark through them (basically useless). When I questioned mark about this, he informed me that he did not know how to remove the water mark (keep in mind he is the owner of the company). His solution was to simply just crop the water mark out of the photos. Every one of my photos now has my wife, bride maids, and guest feet not shown in the photograph. Which may not seem like a big deal, but when you look at the proportion of the photo, the dimensions are off and the photographs all look strange. As I stated before my wife and I didn't get our photos until a year later from our wedding. Mark on several occasions told me, my wedding photos was holding up his business (defiantly something you do not want to tell you’re paying customer, who already paid in full ahead of time). He also informed me that his lead photographer, had since left the company and was somewhere else (I believe she was his wife/ gf at the time) this was a red flag indication to me that this was not a good situation. It took me numerous tries to get mark to send me a complete set. Each time he would send only a selection of photos with watermarks and miss perfections on each that we would go back and forth about correcting the errors. It was a struggle even to get him to send the photo's over a drop box server. He wanted his clients to meet up with him so he could give you a "thumb drive" flash drive with the work on it. This day and age it’s much easier to just put the work on a "drop box" server. to top it all off, after I thought we had received all our photo's, my wife was making photo album for Christmas present to our family, she realized that we still didn't have any of the photos of her getting ready, she was heartbroken. This was the following year after we got married. I take blame for not posting this sooner to get a clear message out to everyone to not use this company. I initially thought that Mark was having a bad situation, but after reading some other reviews, seeing that there were others, I no longer will be silent.

Worst production company I've had the unfortunate opportunity to work with. Almost a year out and I have not received any pictures or the video from my wedding. Mark Shea will not return my calls. For anyone who just wants the memories of any special event DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL WAIT MONTHS BEFORE YOU GET ANYTHING. I am not the only one with this problem. I have now come in contact with two other clients who are still waiting for wedding pictures. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
