I can trust doing business with them and that the work is always going to be top-notch. As a web developer, you can trust they are going to project manage so you don't have too. They don't sell clients products, they piece together solutions that make sense for them. When another resource is needed, they manage that third party relationship for you so you're not stuck gathering proposals and trying to interpret them.
