Feedback:

Make it Loud is exactly what this company does; Loud, Rude, Sarcastic, Disrespectful, Unprofessional and Unworthy. They created a beautiful site, but not without a fight. We found numerous errors, grammars and punctuations to be corrected. This site was very expensive, more expensive than AT&T or GoDaddy. I had to type the content for the website and send it to them. As of 8/24/18 our website Contact Page is not functional and should have been tested before it was launched. We have been losing business since August 10th due to our Contact Page not working on our site. We had so many customers calling wondering why we were not responding to their requests. When brought to their attention about our Contact Page not working, we received backlash from the staff, owner and were told it's our problem to solve. Before they took our old website down on August 10, 2018, we never had any problems with our Contact Page or website for 11 years; yet they told us it's our problem. Today, we received a NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL email from the owner calling me out my name because I asked them to fix a problem that should have been completed before the site was launched. I suggest the owner and his staff to take a customer service class. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. You can save a lot of money and better results with GoDaddy Web Builder.
