Establishing a start-up business online meant my choice of website designer and marketing support was absolutely critical. I chose Make Us Visible after rigorous research and in-depth meetings with them and 3 alternative providers. From the outset, I was only able to make my choice based on how the 4 potential providers responded to the brief. Make Us Visible was, by far, the most lively and proactive team which demonstrated a reassuring intelligence and appreciation of the challenge; albeit they detailed the most expensive quote! Nonetheless, I really felt that choosing one of the cheaper quotes would have been a false economy. Subsequently, they have proven to be exceptional service providers. Make Us Visible is like having your own marketing department, with comprehensive resources backed by experience and know-how. They are very responsive, provide numerous marketing initiatives and their attention to detail is reassuring, especially to a start-up. When I selected Make Us Visible it was to some degree, a ‘leap of faith’. However, it has proven to be an immensely critical and successful choice. Quite simply; they are the ‘real deal’.

I found Make Us A Website through a recommendation. I called the office and made an appointment for David to Visit me in our Manchester office. David was very professional and really understood his occupation, or so it seemed to me who knows nothing about web design. His questions were incredible, really understanding what NSC Group wanted to achieve and gave advice and guidance even in the initial meeting. I felt very comfortable with David and he seemed very relaxed and focused from day one. Once we engaged with Make Us A Website, time scales were set and order of activity etc. There was a lot of interaction with Sian and Sophie also. Throughout the process it seemed I changed my requirements quite a lot and everyone there has such good patients and nothing was too much trouble although if I was dealing with me, I would have been a little frustrated. David and his team went above and beyond the initial scope. Way into the process I had another requirement that meant coding changes that were troublesome even after I approved things. The team there are second to none and just went ahead and satisfied my change. Professional, patient and really caring as to their customer’s needs. David’s relaxed attitude put me at ease on many occasions and nothing was too much trouble. Professional advice, service, attitude, delivery and training. If I needed to produce another website there is absolutely no way I would look anywhere else but David and Make Us A Website as they are all amazing. Thank you from Me and everyone at NSC Group.
