Client Review on Man With a camera - Candid, Pre Wedding Shoot in Udaipur

I have booked a photoshoot in Udaipur with man with a camera..he was going to charge with 4000 rs. We stay in Bangalore and we communicated through what's app. He asked me give 2000 rs as advance. I immediately gave him through paytm though I don't know him. I asked him if I have to cancel photoshoot for any reason , will he refund the money? He told yes. Then we reached Udaipur. One day before the shoot, I suffered from personal crisis. It was such a bad day in my life n I keep crying. I had to cancel the shoot. After two days when situation got normal.. when I contacted him , I asked him for my money. He told that he is busy and will do after two days. Though paytm takes only 1 min to transfer. But still I waited for 3-4 days. Then again I pinged him for money then I got to know that this guy is stalking my Facebook profile and he made assumption based on my status update in Facebook. And he thought I am giving false excuse for cancelling my shoot. Now I really had personal crisis which I don't want to tell everyone. But still I told him. Still this guy didn't return my money. I keep asking n he keeps giving false excuse. Finally I told him that I ll go to police then he immediately transferred the money. I suggest you please do not trust this guy..
