I have been working with Delaney Computer Service, Inc. consistently since this past April. Everyone I have communicated with has been extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They are quick to respond to our needs and help us understand how to fix the issue going forward. I find the weekly security awareness training beneficial. This has expanded my knowledge base of potential threats and helped me be more alert with my work and personal security. I would highly recommend them.

Delaney Computer Services was my outsourced IT services provider for many years when I was CEO of a mid-sized, private equity owned manufacturing company. DCS designed and executed our migration from a flimsy patchwork of outdated, unreliable equipment to a robust, redundant system. The system was designed to accommodate our growth and far heavier reliance on technology solutions to our business needs. We couldn’t be “down” and we never were. I was especially appreciative of their support during the extended on-site power disruption caused by Hurricane Sandy. They moved our most critical systems to their site to get us back up and running. They operated as if our business was their own!

Real Professionals - I can't say enough good things about Rich and his team. Delaney now fully manages our IT. In the past we used a variety of different vendors and these guys so far have been the best we have come in contact with in over 20 years of being in business. They handled our Office 365 Migration seamlessly! Very responsive and unlike the last IT support company (calling them an IT company is being nice) we used these guys have their act together! Highly Recommend

Delaney is always very responsive and detail-oriented. I feel that they know what they're doing, they're prepared and they are most professional. Ryan was very particular about leaving my space exactly as he found it, knowing that I'm meticulous. He was very patient with me, setting me up with all my particular needs. If you can have your computer set up and come out of it without anxiety, it's a win-win situation. And Ryan and Delaney generally provide a win-win relationship. I really like these guys!
