Manchester Packaging Company, started in 1969, remains one of the longest lasting manufacturers in Phelps County, Missouri. Not only are their products made in the USA, they are completely made in St. James, Missouri. This allows them to manufacture Poly Film and Bags at competitive prices. Because of their core values of Integrity, Experience, Loyalty, Professionalism, and Confidentiality, this family owned and operated business continues to expand.
