Following is my experience with Manipal Digital System : 1. I had to face interviews more than 8 times to get into this company, also asked about whether i do drugs 2. With more that 5 yrs of experience they appointed me as a trainee.3. Here people don't know about policy's and the process which helps the company improve.4. I had pointed out some of the flaws but instead of focusing on them i got a warning letter from my manager Mr. CS Desai.5. All fake promises.6. You have to be ready to clean up the toilets also.Thank you MDS for destroying my career Please if you believe in God dont treat employees like garbage hope ou know that because of them you are living a posh life.Main Tactics to survive in MDS : Complain about others and LIE LIE LIE LIE
