I write hundreds of references for people in all kinds of roles. And it’s hard to make any of them sound really different from the others.But this one must be different.For his work, commitment and sheer competence, I owe Dan Latrimurti a huge debt of gratitude. Simply put, he has single-handedly built the entire online infrastructure for my organization, Blue Republican. And he was able to do it so well because he truly understands, and cares about, what we are and what we stand for.I have worked with many website experts, many people who understand the strategic thinking in marketing, and many who know how to craft content in detail. They are invariably different people. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with anyone who has remarkable skills in all of these areas, but Dan does: he has a highly developed sense of what needs to be built to deliver an organization’s goals, and he has all of the skills to build it single-handedly.To call him a one-stop shop for online strategy and marketing would be accurate, but it understates the case. Dan Latrimurti is a very big “shop” with every product you could ever need in this area. The development of a website and an accompanying app, complete with carefully honed content to deliver on a specific goal (in our case, to build a contact list), is tough work.
