I purchased a digital product from this company. Horrible experience. The product was supposed to be sent immediately. I never received anything so I reached out to the company. After 3 emails I received an email from the owner himself. He told me the product would be resent. Waited and once again received nothing. They list a number for customer service, but it is actually just the owners cell phone which goes directly to voicemail every time. I finally received another email from the owner and he said he would have someone resend. Once I received nothing. I suggest to the owner if they want to operate a business then they should invest in some customer service staff or at least fulfill the orders that are purchased. I requested a refund and still no word back from the owner. I was very disappointed by the service or lack of that I received when dealing with this "company". I recommend that you do not use this service.
