Personable, professional, and an expert in real estate. Mark has seen every up and down in the business, he has the knowledge to navigate any buyer or seller through the process. A little humor and a smile goes a long way as well, he has that too! I highly recommend.

Mark is an upstanding agent and works for his clients' best interests. His knowledge not only of the buying/selling process, but also the quality and construction of homes can't be compared. Being able to trust and rely on your real estate agent is crucial when you're making such a big decision (a home purchase), and I have full confidence and faith in Mark Johnson.

I see a lot of people talk about how amazing their real estate agent is and how easy everything was. “Everything went so smooth, and we found the perfect house!”That doesn’t make a good real estate agent, that’s just getting lucky. Just like in business and life you don’t know how good your real estate agent (or friend/agency/contractor/insurance agent) is until things go wrong. Mark and his team had everything going perfect on our side – found the perfect house, offer was accepted, loan docs prepared and completed early. Everything was ahead of schedule and Mark had everything set up perfectly. Through the process we also worked with his assistant Meloney and his loan officer Tim. It was obvious that from every touch point Mark’s team was top tier. Then the night before closing the buyers of our old house had a loan officer drop the ball big time. It got worse and by the third time this guy was going to delay closing, we decided to give up on our new dream home. He had no integrity, seemed completely over his head and rather than be open when he’d mess things up, he would just stop responding. This is the opposite of what you want with your team. There is no way this deal would have gotten done without Mark and his team, and their relationships with escrow and loan officers, going into overdrive to pick up the slack from the buyers side and right the ship. I still don’t know how they pulled it off. The day we closed we still didn’t know if it could happen. So many moving parts to coordinate closing/funding two homes let alone the mess the buyer’s loan officer created.I have no doubt that if I didn’t have Mark and his team in my corner, this deal wouldn’t have been done. They went far beyond the call to pick up the slack for issues they didn’t cause to see impossible deal become possible. That’s what makes a great real estate agent, it’s more than the agent, it’s the team they surround themselves with and why I wont use/recommend anybody else but Mark and his team.
