Condos are nice but the receptionist in management office is rude and racist to other culture other than her own. She does not have good customer service and answer with an attitude. Need to communicate with someone higher up then the people in the management office to complain. For being the first person you see when you walk in the office it makes you feel unwelcome and ruins the rest of you day. Please train to have better customer service. The laundry room washer and dryer is constantly broken and does not get fix quickly have to take my laundry to a different floor in hope that the machine works.

Condos are very nice, but leasing office staff is extremely rude. Always rude and many residents are complaining this. I am trying to contact to the GM or owner of this place.

First the good things about this place: The price is good. Parking policy is good. However, I think living in this place is a huge mistake. You will be miserable all the time. There are several problems. I have lived in building #2, third floor. Here is my observation:1. The apartments have Roach problem and Mice. They have a pest control that can come in weekly and spray your house. But it will not solve the problem at all. We have started the pest treatment in May 2017 and in May 2018 we still had the problem. We always kept the apartment clean, took the trash out every night. However, there were roaches coming from inside of the cabinet, pipes and cracks. There are also huge roaches in the hallway. keeping an apartment roach-free cannot be done just by one person or one apartment. You see trash in the hallway or near trashshoot all the time. I personally saw big rats outside the building and I have seen neighbors at the front desk complaining about mice.2. The environment is not very healthy. We had a neighbor who was either dealing weed or using lots and lots of it. The hallway always smelled because people smoke in the hallway. The management knows about it, but they can't do anything about it. At one point they had to restrict access to storage bins since people were smoking in there. I did not feel very safe living in this area. It is not a good environment for raising kids. 3. There is a lot of noise. There are school buses in the morning and about lots of car noise and screaming and running in the hallway. There is no control over that. Around 9 in the morning and 6 in the evening, kids are running in the hallway and screaming. 4. The fire alarm goes on almost everyday and the fire department is there very often and there is no fire. Either people are pushing the button, or there is a fire hazard. But this is just such huge annoyance specially when it happens after 10pm. 5. The dryers in the laundry room do not work very efficiently (This is not a reason not to buy or rent, but it's an inconvenience). 6. One of the ladies at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful (Again, not a reason not to rent or buy, just ruins your day). She lost the check we gave as the deposit for elevator reservation. They had to look for it for almost an hour to find it.

I lived here for 3 years, absolutely loved it. it's only 10 minutes from DC and you can't beat the price. Never had any problems with bugs or noisey neighbors.

Cost + Location + Transportation + Staff: You're 1.5 miles from Ballston (major train line), have bus stop going to DC at your doorstep, and a major shopping center almost right across the street (Target / Safeway at the Wilson shopping center, not to mention restaurants and a number of shopping stores in 7 corners).Condo Fee is very inclusive: I once had a short circuit in my kitchen due to a leak from upstairs, it was fixed. A wall inside my unit was damaged due to this leak, they fixed it too. I've been there for four years and have found staff in the building EXTREMELY helpful. Not to mention their maintenance team: carpets are washed regularly, snowy parking lot and sidewalks are never an issue, they are incredibly hardworking and I'm so thankful for them.Each building has a small gym, the pool and parks are fantastic. And there's plenty of parking and you never run out (and a very reasonable policy, get a pass and you'll be fine).Negatives:Poor customer service from ONE of the receptionists, unfortunately. This has tainted the reviews of many, clearly. I too, have found myself escalating this issue to management and appreciated their efforts to retrain this individual.Slightly drab hallway decor: the building invested in a brand new paint job and hallway lights, unfortunately, it still looks like the 90s in there.

Mice and roaches no matter how clean your apartment is. The heat is on until may no matter how hot it is. The towing company will tow your car and your guests for any reason they can find ( like having an expired inspection sticker) also management does not care about anything . The prices are low here for a reason and they should be even lower. Do not rent here I am glad that my landlord is letting me terminate the lease early.
