I visited the company and was surprised just how big it was. While I was taking a tour, the company president, Marc Ashley, stopped what he was doing to talk with me. He asked me about myself and what I want to study in college. For such a large global company, I think it would be pretty cool to work for a company where the president is willing to take time to talk and listen to what you have to say.
