They sell you on their product being fully customizable by the consumer but it is extremely limited which in hindsight was just a sales tactic of theirs. Then, they want an arm and a leg when you need an additional page created, assessing a $95 fee for ftp access when you opt to do it yourself.They become very rude and pushy when you inquire about these options.Save your money and stick with WordPress or WIX.
