Feedback:

Their inventory control system does not work most of the time. Missing products or misshipments sent on a consistent basis. Management concerns themselves more with setting up new clients than taking care of the ones they already service. Instead choosing to berate the employees for the inadequacies of their own systems instead of fixing them.
