I just recently had our company name and logo embroidered onto shirts. I used the company Marketing Consultants. This definitely was not a pleasant experience. I ordered and paid $260, which was the full amount for the shirts. The company first was having issues with getting the right material and getting the shirts done in the timeline we discussed. I found this to be irritating but just wanted our shirts done at the end of the day so we just kept waiting. At one point half of our shirts got to us, and when I looked at them the phone number area code was wrong on the front and back of the full half order of shirts. I was very angry and ended up calling the company and demanding answers. I was very upset and was questioning how this could happen and how they were going to fix it. I was told by Kayla, the embroider, that morning that the shirts would be done, including the other half of the shirt order, by that day and they would overnight them for the inconvenience. I was happy and I did not to bother them for the whole weekend assuming my shirts would’ve been here. I called back the following Monday morning, and Michaela answered the phone and told me the shirts have been sitting there done since the last week. I was obviously so frustrated. They then transferred me to a man named Levi who told me I must’ve been mistaken of someone telling me they were going to overnight the shirts. That their business wouldn’t do that. Then the Own owner got on the phone, Tori Brozek, as if to handle the situation, and said Let me give you some marketing advice, that most people don’t use there phone number for marketing anymore. Are you serious? Your going to give me marketing advice after you just screwed up 15 of my businesses shirts and instead of taking responsibility, blaming me for not using the right advertisement. That is absurd. I paid $260, no deposit no down payment no half the payment the full payment and I get treated like this. Tori laughed and reiterated that the shirts have been sitting there done. After her employee told me they would be overnighted. I am so disgusted by this situation and the way that these employees and so-called managers handle business. I would never recommend using Marketing Consultants to anyone. I ended up paying $60 to have them overnighted to myself so at the end of the day I paid over $300 just to get the shirts to me. Overall this was a huge inconvenience! Is there a no star option? ⭐️
