Overall Feedback:

What I thought was a great job at first, turned out not to be so. A month or so after I had the guy purchase 8GB RAM $52 (which I had to pay upfront via an emailed invoice), and paying in person $60 for labor, I suspected that I wasn'y getting the full upgraded RAM. So I had my laptop get a FREE Diagnostic by a different computer repair place. Result was that the newly installed RAM unit was "defective". I ordered a new RAM online and installed myself and it works perfectly. I contacted the Maroon Global Tech that worked on my laptop, to request a full refund for the purchased RAM unit, and my request went unanswered. Never will do business with them again.
