Today I walked into the Quincy Ave UPS store in a panic. I needed to overnight some photos for my grandpas funeral. Once I told them I couldn’t risk having these items bent or damaged, one of the young gentlemen went above and beyond and suggested he could hand cut some cardboard to protect the photos. Once we were checking out, the manager heard that I was sending photos, and suggested me scanning the photos. I had NO idea you could scan photos at UPS, which was actually exactly what I needed. Another young gentleman scanned all of my items carefully and sent them to my email in under 5 minutes. I should also note that this was 5 minutes before the store closed. All three gentlemen were nice, helpful, funny, and had a caring attitude about my situation, and to top it off - never made me feel rushed even though it was time to clock out. I highly recommend this UPS store! The old reviews were from previous management and this new team is amazing. Thank you guys. You helped me when I needed it the most!

Way better experience than in the past. They helped me unload my van, got all 16 boxes checked in so fast I did not even have to wait. Then come to find out it was the new owner who helped with all the heavy lifting!Definitely a change for the better

I was trying to have documents printed using the online printing service but there was an error when I attempted to submit the order. I also had a coupon bringing the total to 68¢. I called in and they told me to just email the documents to their store directly. When I went to the store they accidentally printed a couple documents in color and then tried to charge me for it, even though I clearly said I wanted black and white. They then charged me $2 extra for emailing them to the store. In total we're only talking about a $3 total that I was charged, but it's the principal of charging me about 4x more for the exact same service and not telling me ahead of time. Definitely won't be using any services at this store in the future.

They charge 2.00 for 1st page of fax & 1.00 each page after! Outrageous greed! Go to the library if you need to fax - its free!

I had some misunderstandings in the beginning with the new staff, but they were extremely patient with me and we communicated and worked out the issues. They have a wonderful staff and great mailbox service!
